I founded 360 Legal Leadership because I am passionate about empowering legal professionals to achieve greater success and fulfillment in their careers. My mission is rooted in a deep understanding of the unique challenges lawyers face and a commitment to helping them unlock their full potential.
My journey in the legal profession has spanned decades filled with growth, learning, and leadership. I began my career at a top national law firm, where I honed my skills as a litigator. Later, I had the privilege of building and leading high-performing in-house legal teams at American Express and HSBC Bank, USA, navigating complex business environments, and witnessing firsthand the profound impact that strong leadership can have on both organizations and individuals. These experiences taught me that exceptional leadership is not innate—it is cultivated, nurtured, and refined over time.
Through 360 Legal Leadership I am committed to sharing these insights and to making a difference in the lives of lawyers and legal organizations. Taking a holistic ("360") approach, I focus on three interconnected pillars of development:
